做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
