做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
