做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
