做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
