做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
