做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
