做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
