做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
