做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
