做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
