做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
