做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
