做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
