做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
