做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
