做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
