做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮(pí )泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
