做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
