做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
