做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
