做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
