做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
