做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
