做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
