做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
