做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
