做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
