做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
