做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
