做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
