做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
