做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
