做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
