做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
