做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
