做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
