做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
