做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
