做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
