做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。
